This device is suitable for removing moisture and automatic testing of moisture in gas insulated equipment during operation.

Insulating gases include dry air, nitrogen, SF6, SF6 and its mixtures, or other environmentally friendly gases.

Remove moisture from the gas box during the operation of the substation.

This device can quickly and automatically remove micro water in one go, achieve water content standards, and save records.

System composition:

gas drying and filtration module,

Gas drying and filtering module:

The equipment includes a set of moisture drying and filtering devices, a set of drying module resurrection devices, and a pressure adjustable system.

Pressure adjustable system: within the designed pressure range, it can be set through a microcomputer

Drying module revival device:

If it is detected that the drying module is absorbing moisture close to saturation, the page prompts the operator and automatically starts the drying module revival process according to the operator's instructions.

In order not to affect work efficiency, the drying module resurrection device should be turned on during non working hours as much as possible.

Moisture drying and filtering device:

When the recovered gas passes through the device, water molecules and particulate impurities are filtered, and SF6 can pass through.

Micro water testing module:

imported sensors are embedded in the system pipeline, and micro water testing data is displayed on the touch screen; , can display the micro water during recycling and refilling

Recycling and Recharge Module:

The gas in the gas chamber is recovered into the equipment, dried, and then recharged into the gas chamber; After the completion of micro water treatment, the pressure in the air chamber is maintained at the factory pressure value.
